Bad experience overall Positive: Size of the bedrooms Negative: One of the bathroom toilets was clogged since day one, problem was reported numerous times and they promised to come by and never showed up to resolve the issue. There were roaches and mice in the apartment.

No fue ideal Positive: No me gustó nada. Lo peor fue que no había energía eléctrica en el lugar y nadie que te pudiera ayudar o tan si quiera contestar el teléfono aún en horas laborables para ofrecer opciones, reembolsos o ayuda con su generador. No puedo recomendarlo al momento ya que no me pude alojar en el lugar.

Positive: The communication with the staff. The pool. The outdoor. Negative: It wasn't clean and there were aunts,

Positive: Nothing it was under contraction

Waiing outside the property and waiting for instruction more than an hour is unacceptable Positive: The location. There are outdoor facilities in the property that could be very good for large group that are comming with children and focused on cooking/plaing/swining. However for us as couple that just came for a night this was useless. Negative: The procedure to get the room is not acceptable. We found out after we completed the order that we didn't get the instructions of how to get to the room. Then we found out that there is a contract to sign before we can get the instructions (keeping in mind that it was an order that you can't cancel, we had to blindly sign the contact). All of the windows were covered with some plastic, thus you couldn't get some frash air and also can't look outside. The equipment inside that property was in a ver low quality (e.g. the water tap in the kitchen was shaking).
